The rebels start a fight against the government and they soon become a threat to the government. The government sends Surya, a ruthless police officer, to stop the rebels.
Adhira and Surya soon become enemies and they engage in a series of battles. Adhira also falls in love with Meera, a young woman who is also a rebel.
